About the Santa Fe Family Life Center The mission of the Santa Fe Family Life Center is to improve the health of Oklahomans with a specific focus on providing programs serving individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged youth. As the largest charitably based multi-sport facility in Oklahoma City, the Santa Fe Family Life Center provides a family friendly atmosphere to improve health and well-being while giving back to the community.

The SFFLC carries out its mission in three ways: youth sports programming, a specific focus on providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged youth, and fitness and tennis membership programs. Job Description Major Duties and Responsibilities
This position will assist the Executive Director in the implementation of the SFFLC’s charitable programs and fundraising efforts. The qualified applicant will possess the skills and traits necessary to enable them to grow the SFFLC’s charitable impact in Oklahoma. This position will be instrumental in communications, fundraising, programs, member relations, and record keeping; have a passion for the mission of the SFFLC; and an enthusiasm for creating an enjoyable environment at the SFFLC. The position will report to the Executive Director.
Fundraising • Assist the Executive Director in gift solicitation and donor relations o Grant writing, record and data keeping, events, annual fund development
Program Development • Assist the development and growth of charitable programs
o Adaptive and wheelchairs sports programs, youth programs, and developing new programs
Communications • Determines and executes most appropriate methods of communication for SFFLC information
o Emails, newsletters, social media, intercompany and inter-facility communications, external communications
Responsibilities of All Positions • Supports, articulates, and executes the Santa Fe Family Life Center mission statement
• Adheres to company policies and procedures • Complies with all company safety rules
Qualifications • Two years fundraising and program experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study or relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Resourcefulness and creativity in planning operations and programs to support the mission
• Demonstrated ability to work with others as a team
• Ability to professionally communicate verbally and otherwise with other employees and customers
Compensation • Full time
• Commensurate with experience
