The St. Francis of Assisi Fraternity of Central Oklahoma, a true Secular Franciscan Order of the Catholic Church, invites anyone who is drawn to the Franciscan spirituality to attend an informational meeting at 3 p.m. on Nov. 3 in meeting room No. 3 at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 2400 West Hefner in Oklahoma City.
