March 31, 2021The Catholic Diocese of Wichita is seeking an exceptional Catholic man or woman to serve as our full-time Director of Diocesan Office for Leadership in Missionary Discipleship. This is a newly created position that will support the Diocesan Pastoral Plan and respond to Pope Francis’ call for Catholics to become fully alive as Missionary Disciples. This individual will provide resources, training and coaching opportunities, for pastors, parish leaders, school faculties and Diocesan Offices. This will involve awakening, empowering and accompanying the faithful of the Diocese to become leaders in missionary discipleship.
