Sacred Heart Catholic School in Oklahoma City is currently conducting a search for a principal for the 2021-2022 school year.
Sacred Heart is a vibrant, culturally, and economically diverse PK4 through 8th grade Catholic school with a current enrollment of 125 students. Sacred Heart is dedicated to the development of the whole person and excellence of each student, supported by a welcoming community with strong parental involvement and the work of the highly dedicated staff.
We seek a faith-inspired, energetic, proactive, and collaborative principal to join in the mission to provide an exceptional faith-based academic education for students. Ideal candidates are highly effective communicators and creative problem solvers who are enthusiastic about addressing the challenges of providing access to Catholic education for all, while also assisting in securing and maintaining a stable financial position so that the school will continue to grow and thrive in the future.
The qualified applicant must be a practicing Roman Catholic and an outstanding educator with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Administrative experience and bilingual in Spanish are preferred. Applicants are expected to meet the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City requirements for principalship. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and archdiocesan guidelines.
