St. Eugene Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Weekend Maintenance and Custodial staff member to join our parish team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our campus remains clean, safe, and welcoming for parishioners and visitors throughout the weekend.
Schedule:- Friday: 8 hours
- Saturday: Full day
- Sunday: Full day
- Monday: 8 hours
- Cleaning and sanitizing parish buildings, restrooms, and common areas
- Performing light maintenance and minor repairs
- Setting up and taking down rooms for parish events, Masses, and meetings
- Assisting staff, ministries, and parishioners with facility needs
- Monitoring the campus during scheduled hours
- Opening and closing buildings
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
