Sunday, December 29, 2024Everyone from around the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is invited to join Dec. 29 as the 2025 Jubilee Year begins. The theme of this jubilee is Pilgrims of Hope. United with dioceses around the world, the solemn Opening Rite of the Jubilee Year will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Connor Center with the reading of the Papal Bull and a solemn procession into the cathedral with the symbol of hope, the crucifix. The Mass for the beginning of the Jubilee year will follow immediately afterwards at 10 a.m. celebrated by Archbishop Coakley.
