Financial Aid

It is our goal for everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy camp regardless of money or current situation. Please copmlete all the following steps, so that we can assist in sending your kids to camp this summer!

• Step 1:
  • Contact your parish to see if they are willing to offer additional scholarship assistance
• Step 2:
  • Complete Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp Financial Assistance Form (located at the bottom of this page)
• Step 3
  • Register your campers
• Step 4
  • Get ready for camp!
  • After our financial assistance committee reviews your submission we will reach out to you with the amount we are able to assist.
  • If the amount the archdiocese is able to help is not enough and you are still not comfortable or able to afford the remaining balance, you may ask for a refund and receive your $100 deposit back.

Parish Scholarship:

• Many parishes will offer financial assistance or scholarships for camp 
• Reach out to the Youth Minister, parish secretary, or Pastor
