Director of youth ministry - Enid

St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Enid are seeking a director of youth ministry to facilitate the evangelization, formation and discipleship of middle and high school students, grades 6-12. The director will oversee weekly gatherings, monthly activities, organize attendance at conferences, help prepare youth to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, and provide support for catechesis. Must be a practicing Catholic with experience in religious education, pastoral ministry or theology, and have a desire to share the Catholic faith with youth. Bachelor’s degree in theology, catechesis or education is preferred. Must possess strong organizational skills, including time management, delegation, planning and budgeting.
