The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking an event specialist to be part of the operations team within the Secretariat for Evangelization and Catechesis. Provide administrative and clerical support for event planning, logistics and operations for all programs and ministries of the secretariat. Coordinate with departments regarding event and ministry scheduling, reservation of facilities for events and meetings and manage secretariat data management system (CRM). Coordinate enrollment and registration processes for events, classes or other activities of the secretariat. With approval from appropriate departments, will organize materials, purchase decorations and order food for events as well as organize required catering services and staffing needs.
