The 6
th Annual Gift of Love Gala hosted by The Center of Family Love and the Oklahoma Knights of Columbus will be held June 15 at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.
The center will honor Monsignor Patrick Gaalaas of the Diocese of Tulsa with the Carol and Bill Brown Outstanding Community Ambassador Award, and Willard Patocka, president of the Oklahoma Knights of Columbus Foundation, with the Harold J. Wittrock Humanitarian Award. Fox 25 broadcaster and on-court announcer for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Malcolm Tubbs, will present the event for the second year.
The price for the event is $175 per person or $1,750 for a table of 10, and sponsorship opportunities are available. Raffle tickets for a chance to win up to $20,000 worth of prizes, including a grand prize of $10,000, can be purchased for $100 per ticket.
The Center of Family Love in the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City serves intellectually and physically disabled adults age 18 and older. The center provides specialized residential care with innovative educational approaches along with skilled vocational programs located in Okarche, Kingfisher and El Reno.
