Billings Ovulation Method

Developed in 1953 by physicians John and Lyn Billings of Melbourne, Australia, The Billings Ovulation Method is a simple yet scientific method of NFP.  

Based on the primary observation of sensation (no temperature, no touching), four simple rules are applied within the woman's cycle. Women observe the external mucus discharge patterns with sensation, these combined are used to identify the fertile phase. 

A group or private introductory session with at least three private follow-up sessions are recommended. Ongoing follow-ups are available as needed.
