Employs technology to collect urine fertility markers at home that measure estrogen and luteinizing hormone (LH).
Requires use of the Clearblue or similar fertility monitor that can identify approaching ovulation and accurately identify peak ovulation.
These biomarkers can be used with cervical mucus or basal body temperature and an algorithm to confidently determine the fertile window.
