Archbishop Coakley helped celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement (VEYM) Mary Immaculate Conception Chapter on Dec. 8, 2018 at St. Andrew Dung-Lac in Oklahoma City.
