WHO  WE  ARE:  The Vision 2030 coaching team is a group of skilled, professional, and mission-minded men and women who are committed to supporting pastors and their parish discernment teams in fully living their role of disciple-makers.                       Click here to meet our coaches

WHAT  WE  DO:   Each Vision 2030 coach accompanies a pastor and his parish discernment team in strategically identifying the unique needs of his parish as identified in the Vision 2030 five priorities and two lenses. Through various conversations, activities, tools, and prayer, a Vision 2030 coach guides the pastor and his parish discernment teams in discovering where to seek the greatest fruits for conversion and discipleship...at no cost to the parish.

HOW  WE  DO  IT:  We have developed a straightforward process that has the flexibility to meet the needs of any parish, no matter its size or location. The four-phase process brings clarity to where the parish is currently and where they want to direct their focus in conversion and discipleship in the next two-three years. This process helps pastors and his parish discernment team create a roadmap to achieve abundant fruit in areas of evangelization, liturgical life, outreach, marriage & family life, and so much more.
